Contact forms and quote requests
When you complete a contact form or quote request form, we process the personal data you provide. This may include:
- your name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- company name, if applicable;

- number of guests;
- type of service requested;

We use this information to respond to your request, ask follow-up questions, prepare a suitable proposal and communicate with you about a possible assignment.
Please do not provide unnecessary sensitive personal data. If allergy or dietary information is needed for an event, we prefer to receive this in the most limited form possible, for example: "2 guests with nut allergy" instead of full medical details.
Allergy and dietary information
For catering and food service assignments, you may provide information about allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions or other food-related requirements.
Some allergy or dietary information may reveal health information. Where this is the case, we process it only when necessary to prepare or provide the catering service safely and properly, and where required on the basis of your explicit consent.
We use this information only for menu planning, food safety, preparation and service. We do not use allergy or dietary information for marketing.
Email, phone and direct communication
If you contact us by email, phone or another direct communication channel, we process the personal data you provide in that communication. This may include your name, contact details, message content and any relevant project or event information.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and, where applicable, your name.
Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Brevo. We use double opt-in where possible, meaning that you must confirm your subscription before being added to the mailing list.
